Our overall Customer Satisfaction Index is 83%. This places us near the top of the league for customer satisfaction across all industry sectors.

At the Co-operative Bank, we are committed to providing a high quality service to our customers. To find out exactly how well we are performing, and to help us identify any opportunities for improvement, we’ve regularly carried out a Corporate Customer Satisfaction Survey since 1999. In 2008 our customers told us that:

  • 89% of customers feel they are treated as a valued customer
  • 82% of customers would use us for any future banking requirements
  • 81% of customers would recommend us.
