Our Relationship Managers:

  • are experienced and locally-based
  • operate smaller portfolios than many of our competitors – providing a highly dedicated service
  • are supported by corporate specialists
  • typically work on the same account for at least five years, if not longer
  • really get to know the businesses within their portfolios and work with them to help achieve their business goals
  • have direct telephone lines where you can contact them during office hours.

In addition, our Relationship Account Support Team is available to provide telephone-based support for your more straightforward, day-to-day banking needs.
