As well as keeping our website updated with the latest information on our ethics and community activities, we also produce the following reports:
- The Co-operative Group Sustainability Report - includes details of the social and environmental performance of The Co-operative Bank. The Co-operative Insurance and The Co-operative Investments, including Ethical Policy implementation.

- To tackle climate change The Co-operative Insurance and Investments together with other insurance companies established six principles called ClimateWise. To see the progress made against these principles read our ClimateWise Report.
- The WWF and The Co-operative Financial Services have released an Uncoventional Oil Report highlighting investment in unconventional oil sources could cost us the earth.
- The bank also produces annual Ethical Consumerism Reports which give an insight into the UK's spending on ethical good and services.
- Customer Impact Scheme - an industry-wide initiative aimed at putting your needs as a customer at the heart of everything we do.
- The Good Companies Guide 2008 is the second annual collaboration between The Observer newspaper and The Co-operative Financial Services which ranks the 350 biggest UK plcs on how well they manage their environmental, social and governance issues.
