Customers Who Care campaigns put our ethics into action, and as a customer you make a big difference.

Since 1994, we've been campaigning with our customers on a range of important issues, from landmines to safer chemicals, climate change to trade justice.  Each campaign addresses a different theme or issue, which links to our Ethical Policy and Ethical Engagement Policy and our customers' concerns.
